I liked this deluxe hotel and its marvellous location. The room was heated and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable! Liked view of street. Nothing too much trouble, I spent a perfectly pleasant time here.

The Beautiful Triple Room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a large bathroom that added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic cooked selection, though some fresh fruits and yogurt would have enhanced it further. The friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The only downside was the thin mattress, but the really good pillows made for a pleasant night's sleep.

We had a decent night but faced some issues. The shower was too hot. The breakfast staff could be more attentive. For a better experience, request a room away from any fans. A comfortable base for exploring Suffolk.

The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. My room was huge and cozy! They even packed a breakfast for me since I was leaving early. Dinner was nice too, enjoyed the peaceful sounds of nature. Only thing was it could've used a lil more lighting in the room.
